I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. While the rooms were spacious and offered some comfort, the service and dining left much to be desired. The chaos during meal times and the poor quality of food were major letdowns. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facilities, particularly the pool and spa areas, was extremely lacking, making it hard to enjoy my time there.
